Terry Joe Balch, 66, of Burlington, died Sunday, Jan. 10, at his home.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13, at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home with Rev. David Cox officiating. Burial will follow in the Walkers Creek Cemetery.
Family visitation will be Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Balch was born March 22, 1949 in Elgin to Oliver Eugene and Frances Charlene (Chisholm) Balch. He had worked in demolition. He was a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict and a member of the VFW in Caldwell. He was a member of the Davilla Baptist Church.
He is survived by daughters Johanna Doskocil of Burlington and Rebekka Arnold of Buckholts; sons Jason Rhodes of Canyon Lake and James Rhodes of Austin; his mother Charlene Marsh of Temple; brother Chuck Balch of Cameron; sister Charlotte Rogers of Rockdale; and seven grandchildren
Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home of Cameron is in charge of arrangements.
