Auditions set for MCT's '12 Incompetent Jurors'

Auditions for Milam Community Theater's production of  "12 Incompetent Jurors" will be held at the Williams Event Center at 408 S. Columbus in Cameron from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 30, and Wednesday, Jan. 31.

The cast will require a total of 12-16 men and women, so all are encouraged to audition and all adult age ranges are welcome. An audition form is available on Milam Community Theater's Facebook page to be filled out in advance.

All roles are open. All auditioners will be asked to read from the script. Rehearsals for the play will typically be evenings Monday through Thursday, with the possibility of some weekend rehearsals.

The show will be directed by Jonathon Deal and produced by Jigar Bhakta. The stage manager is Victoria Trevino.

"12 Incompetent Jurors" opens at the Williams Event Center in Cameron on Saturday, March 17, which is also MCT's "Night on the Town" dinner theater. The show continues on Sunday, March 18, with a matinee performance at 2 p.m.; Saturday, March 24, at 7 p.m. Then new this year is a third weekend of traveling to nearby towns for Saturday, March 31, at 7 p.m. and again on Sunday matinee at 2 p.m., cities to be announced.
