COLLEYVILLE – Dell Kirk Bollinger passed from this life into eternity at 9:55 a.m., June 28, 2016, surrounded by family. 

Dell was born in Cameron, Texas on Dec. 10, 1926 passing this life at 89 years old. 

Services: Funeral Service at Life Church, 7850 Davis Blvd. North Richland Hills, Texas 76182, at 10 a.m. Friday July 1. Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. Thursday, June 30, at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home.

Dell answered enthusiastically to “Grandma Dell” from her nine grandchildren and her eight great grandchildren, she also happily answered to “Mrs. B” to an incredible number of friends, co-workers, and extended family. 

Dell lived a life committed to Christ, her four children, their spouses, and all of their children, never missing an opportunity to talk about how God had blessed us and that He had a plan for their life.

She helped found Bollinger Industries in 1974 and as a senior vice-president worked tirelessly for almost 40 years supporting all the decisions made by her sons. She was a tremendous source of strength and encouragement for all employees and would pray for them all daily. The successes achieved are no doubt attributed to her dedication and prayer for all concerned. 

Dell was a member of Life Church in her latter years having previously attended Christian Temple for 35 years. She spent her life teaching children and teenagers in Sunday School about God’s love.

She was a resident of Colleyville for 33 years.

Dell was preceded in death by her husband Clint, the love of her life, in 1974 having been married for 26 years. 

She is survived by her four children and their families: Ron Bollinger, wife Cathy, his sons Randle and Richard, Richard’s wife Marlayna, great granddaughter Nyiah; Glenn Bollinger, wife Debbie, daughter Lacey, sons Branson and wife Joy, and great grandson Ronan, Brendon and his wife Meredith; Bob Bollinger, wife Dana, their daughter Ashley Hicks and husband Kory, great granddaughter Addyson and great grandson Kash, daughter Alyse Krause and husband Jason, great grandson Jude and great granddaughter Eisley Rose; Vicki Bollinger Burnett and her husband Keith, daughter Lindsey, daughter Lauren MacPherson and husband Brad, and great grandsons Nate and Cade.

Arrangements are under the direction of Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home and Memorial Park, Colleyville.
